Nailora is currently in pre-launch. All products on our site are available as pre-orders — you're reserving your items ahead of our official October 2026 launch.

Your card is charged at the time of pre-order to secure your stock. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We dispatch all pre-orders by October 31, 2026. If there are any changes to this timeline, we'll email you immediately with an update.

Once your order is packed and handed to our delivery partner, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Deliveries within Mumbai typically arrive within 2–3 business days of dispatch.

All orders are shipped in secure, branded Nailora packaging. Fragile items like the Magic Wand device are bubble-wrapped and boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If you're not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt re-delivery the following business day or leave a collection notice.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of order.

Need to change your address? Email [email protected] with your order number and the updated address as soon as possible. We can update it any time before your order ships.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your building's reception first. If it's still missing, email [email protected] within 48 hours and we'll investigate immediately.
