What does 'pre-order' mean?

Nailora is currently in pre-launch. When you place a pre-order, you're reserving your products ahead of our official launch. Your card is charged at checkout, and your order ships by October 31, 2026.

When will my order ship?

All pre-orders are dispatched by October 31, 2026. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Yes — pre-orders are fully refundable until they ship. Email info@nailora.shop with your order number and we'll process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email info@nailora.shop with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.

Do I get an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive an automated confirmation email from Stripe immediately after checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

What is iPolish?

iPolish is the world's first app-connected press-on acrylic nail system. Using the Magic Wand device and the iPolish app, you can apply a full set of salon-quality nails in under 10 minutes — at home, with no UV lamp and no drying time.

How does the Magic Wand work?

The Magic Wand is a small device that connects to the iPolish app via Bluetooth. It precisely applies the acrylic nail to your natural nail, ensuring a perfect fit and finish every time. Full setup instructions are included in the Starter Kit.

Are iPolish nails reusable?

Yes! iPolish press-on acrylics are designed to be removed and reapplied multiple times. With proper care, a single set can be used 5–10 times before needing replacement refills.

Are the products safe for my natural nails?

Absolutely. All iPolish products are dermatologist-tested, cruelty-free, and formulated to be gentle on natural nails. They contain no harsh chemicals and are safe for regular use.

What sizes are available for refills?

Refill packs are available in sizes 0 through 11 to fit every nail shape and size. We recommend ordering 5 refill packs in your sizes to cover a full set of 10 nails.

Do I need the Starter Kit to use refills?

Yes — the Starter Kit includes the Magic Wand device and base acrylics you need to get started. Refills are designed to work with the Magic Wand from your Starter Kit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay) via our secure Stripe checkout. UPI and net banking support is coming soon.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Prices shown on product pages are exclusive of GST. The applicable GST (18% for cosmetics and accessories, 12% for apparel, 0% for gift cards) is calculated and shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Nailora never stores your card details.

Will I be charged immediately on pre-order?

Yes, your card is charged at the time of pre-order. This secures your stock. If you cancel before shipping, you receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

All orders are packed in secure, branded Nailora packaging designed to protect your products in transit. Gift-ready packaging is available on request — just mention it in your order notes.

What is your return policy?

Pre-orders are fully refundable until shipped. Once shipped, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Email info@nailora.shop to initiate a return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Email info@nailora.shop with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How long do refunds take?
